Okay I met this friend of mine in the psych ward at a hospital any way I let her stay with me for a few weeks, any way we had she was very nice and well behaved until it wa stime for her to leave. I found her a great place to stay even gave her cash for the down payment. I drove her to her new place and left her there when I got home I found 2,000 bucks gone. When I went back to the place to confront her the manager said she did not want the place and had left. Now I can not find this whore so I contacted the cops and they did not help much! What can I do legaly ?

You can hire a private investigator to find her, then hire a lawyer to sue her, and spend thousands of dollars to try to get back two grand, only to find out that you won't get anything because she spent it all on blow and she's broke.

In the alternative, you can take this as an expensive lesson learned not to take in "friends" from the psych ward.

Been in a similar deal myself. Best thing you can do is chalk it up as an expensive lesson, unless you have more cash to waste. Dont leave that much cash so easily accessable either.

Take it as a lesson. But if you ever see her on the streets, chase the biotch down and get your two grand's worth of punches.

Basically there is not much you can do. Move on, and be more careful in the future.
