Ive tried many many times,but i have never had any points returned back to me,i only ask now for them to give me details of the reason why i got the violation,and even then i don't always get THE reason why,just guideline stuff,it still does not make sense at times,different strokes for different folks i guess,some just see some of our Aussie humour offencive,they should loosen up abit.Yahoo covers over 20 countries and we aren't that different.cheers all :)

I've tried and they always send this nice note, "Oh we are looking in to this and want to make everyone happy" and then I never hear from them again. I get the violation and some creep is out there laughing because I'm one step closer to being shut down.

It's all in the attorney you get and how really guilty or not guilty you are. I've appealed a serious case that lead to a 7 year sentence and WON! You keep at it. You will get there one day.

I've tried three times from the forms from Ticketassassin.com. I've been rejected twice and succeeded once. It's worth a shot!

Never worked for me. I've tried it many times. I do know one person who it did work for though.

yea i have for having no drivers license or insurance i.d present with me in thecar when i ran a yellow light but the cop told me to take the i.d down to the station and they'd drop the 600 fine for this but still had to pay 260 for the yellow light bull ish

Yep I have.And I get the same robotic responses everytime. Never had an appeal upheld.

I have once.
I asked them what rule I broke and was mailed back that it was considered chat.
I heard of a Canadian woman appealed a suspension successfully and got here account back.
