i would use the largest tampons they make. if that does not work, use pads and tampons. or you could go on birth control to make your periods lighter.

I am really not sure if 2 are safe t use. You really have to becareful because of toxic shock syndrome...which I knowvery little about. Have you tried tampons for the super heavy flow those might work better...and you can use a pad during that time as well.

Your right, it's not good for your health to stick sooo many tampons up there. So try finding "overnight" tampons, and even though ur not using them for overnight, the more the better. If u cant find those try putting a pad on with a tampon.

It is definitely unsafe to use more than one tampon at a time. Tampons come in different absorbencies, so you can try using one that is more absorbent. Also try changing the tampon more often. Sometimes they leak a little but you can use a pantiliner for this. Please don't use them for a very long time or use more than one because you could get toxic shock syndrome. Toxic shock syndrome is rare but if you get it you can die within hours.

More than one is NEVER safe. Try getting bigger tampons, or using pads. If neither of those appeal, try using a different brand. That "360" degree coverage is merely promotional advertising.

i dont think that is safe either. if you have already tried the largest size of tampons available, and they still dont work, then maybe try switching to pads. before i went on the pill, which decreases the amount of your menstruation, tampons could not support me either.

You are seriously risking your health if you use more than one. Ask your mom to buy you Super Plus tampons. They will absorb everything, I promise.
