I HATE tht, but I've noticed ppl only do tht cuz they have nothing else to say. I have two theories for why tht is:
Theory A: They cannot think of a good enough comeback on the spot
Theory B: They reeely don't want to get all worked up, so they try to brush it off and laughing is their best way to do it
I don't consider them dumb just cuz they don't get mad becuz i reely don't think they laugh cuz they don't get what I'm saying... Or atleast I hope there aren't tht many dumb @$$es...---no jk!!!

there are only a few people I've set out to tick off and I can tell you that they didn't laugh. I have a very smart mouth when I want to.

no, cause I do the same thing. Trust me, if I really cared to piss someone off I could. I usually just laugh shitt off because it's so stupid.
