Honey I have an education and I am not diluted enough to believe that a bunch of his Corprate buddies in governemnet would ever put there cash cow to death .
I also know hanging is no longer used here ..
Its kind of a symbolic question since we did hand Sadam with the court we installed there .
Sadam killed far less people than we have under the Bush administration oh bu thats right we have a good excuse to murder people.
This question was intended to see how many people believe he would or should recieve the same sentence as Sadam (if) there were an unbiased jury and (if) he were tried.

By US law we could not get a impartial jury .. And he is protected under constitution . As well we could not get enough of congress with morals to impeach him .. I personally I think Bush his cabinet and most of congress should be impeached on supporting this war . With what we now know ! Those that knew the facts were fabricated .. Unfortunately morals and politics don't mix .. Except to do the churches bidding ..BTW Saddam said he was the Elected ruler of his country and acted in the best intrest of his people .. Sounds like GW to me ..

No, he would not be hanged under current laws. The International Criminal Court and United Nations do not practice the death penalty. The United States Constitution and laws in the United States today do not have a death penalty for war crimes.
Saddam was tried and sentenced under Iraqi law as an Iraqi citizen.

Treason?? For what? It became nicely understand that water-boarding became used as an interrogation technique. seem up on the internet and additionally you are able to discover the techniques to accomplish it. So truly honesty what's treasonous? pointing out that it became used 266 time between 2 suspects? thinking the U. S. militia carried out enemy squaddies for the duration of WWII for torturing US squaddies... And what became the torture approach being use? Water-boarding. If a united states of america (i.e. the U. S.) is desirous to be the "shining beacon" it claims to be, being the occasion to maintain on with concerning human rights, liberty and freedom that different international places could stay as much as. Can one be this shining beacon while torture is used and sanctioned by a central authority? i think of no longer. there's a asserting, "under no circumstances returned!" in many cases bearing on the holocaust. Obama freeing this know-how is a step in the direction of "under no circumstances returned" concerning the U. S. utilising torture. it fairly is a step to turning out to be that shining beacon that the U. S. in many cases claims to be. So, if the present administration is going to be investigated, the previous administration and persons in touch in quote/unquote "legalizing torture" additionally should be investigated.

Yes. Treason is an executable offense. So is the coverup of murder in a time of war (Blackwater). If not hanged, he would be lawfully executed in some fashion.

I would not want him hanged, for two reasons.
#1 no one knows what is on the other side, if anything, so we could be doing him a favor.
#2 He should be put in a cell big enough to sleep and $hit in with no contact whatsoever with any human, no TV, no radio or books to read, not even a bible and let to live out his natural life as a stark reminder to those that would do such a thing, that it could happen to you.
Peace
Jim

No, fat Clinton would have already broken the rope, from when he was tried for war crimes, for illegally attacking/invading Serbia, Kosavo, haiti, Sudan, afghanistan.
Guess we'll have ta hang Gore first, before clinton breaks the rope.
