do you REALLY care if you get thumbs down? lol wow! I get a lot of thumbs down but I expect them because I rarely give a serious answer. I guess I'm more here for the fun of it and I try to put a humorous twist on the words or things. Most times, I just come off as lame lame lame but it's ok.. I'm having fun entertaining my lame self LOL
STEP AWAY FROM THE COMPUTER NOW BEFORE YOU HURT YOURSELF! sorry .. I am just not smart enough like all these other people to give the "correct" answer everytime so I give wrong answers with pizaaazzzz
amen, let's eat!! Don't let those thumbdowners get ya down!

Earlier I got a thumbs down, I think because another poster had groused about what a third poster had said, saying he didn't know what she was going on about, and I added an edit to explain what she had probably meant.
It's ironic that an answer that actually attempts to provide information is given thumbs down, calling it a "bad answer" but one that is little more than a rant gets a raft of "up" thumbs.
I try not to worry too much about it.
Unless I think the information in an answer is completely incorrect or dangerous, I rarely give thumbs down. I refuse to obsess about how my answer is rated when, in my best estimation, the answer is a good one.
I accidentally gave a poster named GENE a thumb down once, when it was my intent to give him a thumb up. I'd like to think some of the td's I get are simply people as "click impaired" as I was that day.
Don't let it get you. Do your best, and learn what you can.

I know some people give me a thumbs down on questions where my answer is 100% the correct answer because they don't like the answer I gave to some troll.
I'm pretty sure is some on said "what is 2 + 2" and my answer was "4" I would get a few.
Badge of honor for me...

Yea some seem to thumbs down someone just because they dont like them in general based on other answers or questions. Its a very juvenile behavior, so you can pretty much tell someones character by it... too bad we cant see who gives people a thumbs up or down.
