i have pain in my testis, well my left one right now, its sore adn it hurts, nao the pain had moved up to the left, just below my belly.
can you please shed some light on this.

umm, no i didnt do anything like that o.o
but what caused it was i was jumping onto my couch adn my leg came over the ohter, and sorda squished it.

to be blunt, try 'relieving; yourself, and if that doesnt work, aside from the offchance that you have been kicked down there recently, maybe you should see a doctor. i kno its awkward, but doctors really do help, and its not as embarassing as u think

If you 'squished' it, then it may just be bruised lol.
See a dr. if it doesnt improve in a day or 2

you might have damaged the tissue and you should get them both checked or take aspirin to make the pain go away

blue balls maybe? did you get an erection and didnt ejaculate? that can be the cause of your pain.
