Id like to know more about them, too. I have been there 4 times, once on a bike tour from holland to sweden, once camping along the coast, once just to Copenhagen.
So I noticed it was quiet, clean , peaceful, and people were polite and helpful if I asked questions, and not very forward or loud.
DK has a seafaring feel to it, with lots of boats, sails klinking in the wind, fish, harbors, wind, rain, etc. Good dairy products to try like puddings and yogurts.
Lots of bicycles with an amazing network of bike paths with signs and distances shown.
It was very green with flowers when I was there. Copenhagen is a great old town to stroll around at night and there's great talent and variety to be found. Alot of creative young people live in the city, so like one Swedish woman told me when i asked her how the 3 Scandi. countries were and she said Denmark was like the "California" of Scandinavia. (Too liberal and wild for her??)
I don't know much more but I like the Danish language a lot. It's fun to try to decode since is close to English.
