The little white spots are the areas where the bleach removed the pigment dye (color) from your jeans. Once the jeans are washed and dry the bleach will not discolor surrounding areas, but you will also not get any color back on the spots where the color has been removed. Depending on how much color was removed you could purchase special fabric markers to re-color the areas or buy some RIT dye to treat your jeans entirely.

Good luck!

The bleach removes the fabric dye. You can try to touch up the spots with matching Rit liquid dye or Sharpie marker. You are lucky if the bleach didn't eat holes in the fabric. Remember next time to wash the item immediately instead of letting the bleach dry.

You need to wash out the bleach quickly. It will eat up the pants. The white spots will not go away unless you try dye. Never let bleach sit on your clothing.

get some ritz dye and re-color your jeans then wash them by themself a few times. The bleach will not come out and you will always have those little white spots. So I would just dye them.

bleach is permanent! You can't wash out bleach, you should look into buying new jeans or bleach the whole pair. (may look funny though)

The jeans are ruined.
You cannot repair the bleaching that has occurred.
