I am 23 and when I was little I never had a problem, as I got older it seems I have a harder time talking and saying things without stuttering when I am even just a tiny bit nervous or around certain people.

Stuttering usually starts at a young age, but yes, people have developed it later in life. I have several uncles and cousins who used to stutter. One uncle didn't start stuttering until he was an adult. They all got the book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer" from The Stuttering Foundation of America. You can find it in their estore at www.stutteringhelp.org or on Amazon.com.
