Every time I open my computer it goes normal then a Blue Screen with suggestions or instructions on it comes up. And it will not go to normal Windows or like the Home Page. Please Help. Please And Thank You.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that doesn't sound good at all.
You very likely have a ram problem. can you report back with the exact error message?

try a system restore
1. Restart your computer, and then press F8 during the initial startup to start your computer in Safe Mode with a command prompt.
2. Log on to your computer with an administrator account or with an account that has administrator credentials.
3. Type the following command at a command prompt, and then press ENTER:
%systemroot%\system32\
restore\rstrui.exe
Type the above all as one line
4. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen to restore your computer to an earlier state.
