I think not. When I first read it here, I thought it was a joke. Shades of cheesy advertising if you ask me.

No, the thing about Ron Paul is that he is breaking all orthodox politics. He is bringing a new facet of campaigning, out with the old in with the new. The blimps are a great idea.

Why not - it is a big round thing that is filled with air - just like the heads of many of the candidates, so it is actually appropriate in a strange way.

Why not? Why is that any different than advertising on a billboard, for example? Or any other medium for that matter?

BTW, I have no idea to what article you refer, or who the candidate was who did the advertising.
