I am 13 and i will just be sitting there then i would see like, a creepy face-like thing flash in the corner of my eyes. I also see things walking, or things move.
when i turn to look, nothings there.

Ive told my parents about it, and all my mom does is say 'theres nothing i can do about it... ' and my dad just laughs and says im crazy...
:/
i think its kinda serious and i am very paranoid...
tell me what you think...?
--and i dont think it has anything to do with my family moving or anything, they ont really come around me much...

It could be something serious like a mental illness but unlikely. You could be just stressed a lot from school and being a teenager. This can cause you to lose sleep and affect your vision. Another explanation could be that you have burned into you mind certain images. For instance if you play a lot of video games and watch a lot of tv an burn in affect could occur. I would not recommend doing this but looking at a bright light for a few seconds even will leave a blurry image in front of your eyes where the light was. The image could be just like that.

Some advice. Try sleeping more. Watch less TV or go on the computer.

Try to relax. 13 can be a very difficult age as your body is changing rapidly an all sort of hormonal things are going on but you should go and see your doctor though. Parents often want to pretend that there's nothing wrong if there's the slightest hint at a mental health issue. Your doctor will hopefully point you in the right direction.

Panic and anxiety is rooted in insecurity and insecurity and doubt is rooted in illusion which is always fragile because it can disappear at anytime. You simply do not know the Truth and are believing something untrue (unreal). Seems you are following some kind of man made theology instead of getting to know the Living God who speaks the living word. Theology is man made and that is why it says the letter kills but the Spirit gives like because the bible in the hands of a man can kill you. Faith in not blind but the Hebrew word for faith is emanah and its root word is emet which is Hebrew for Truth. Truth (reality) does not ask you to have faith but actually gives you faith. Blind faith is like building a bridge out of tooth picks and when you try to walk across it and you fall through the false teacher just says you didn't have enough faith but Truth is like a bridge built out of steel and concrete and when you walk across it the sturdiness give you Faith. Faith in God is a gift of God and is not and cannot be self produced. You should seek the Almighty until you know Him as He really is.

Hmm...sounds like you need to see a psychiatrist. May be schizophrenia...you usually get it as a young adult. And, the onset usually coincides with a big change in your life. Not trying to scare you, you may want to see someone about it, though.

You're fine. You're seeing your own cells in opaque fashion, especially visible around the corners of your eyes (peripherally and in bright light). Perfectly normal.
