I need to serve a restraining order. The person have moved to a new residence and I don't have their new address. All I know is that his new apartment is under his fathers name (which I have) and what city it is in.I have his parents phone number but they never answer their phones. And if they did, I doubt they would give me his new address to serve him with a restraining order.
Please help!!!!!!

You have to physically give the papers to him and he doesn't work because he has mental issues and collects SSI.

Many Sheriffs departments will serve a restraining order for a fee (it's $50 here). They have the ability to search a few places you don't. Worth a phone call.

Intelius.com is a great site to indulge your people stalking. It updates every few months, I think, so it may take a few months, though.

Othewise, maybe there is a way through the Postal Service to find a forwarding address.

Good luck, and I hope this helps! :)

Serve their OLD address. That's adequate, if it's the most up to date information you have.

Do you think he keeps things current with the DMV? You could request it through them if he's up to date.
