100% guilty! Nobody gets better in their late 30's like Barry Bonds did! His offensive production at this stage of his career dramatically picked up! Most people go down by then!

YES look at him in the 1998 season then look at him in the 1999 season. He claims that he started working out 6 months before the season started and he switched up he routine but thats just a bunch of bullshit if i have ever heard any. he is guilty of steroid use and guilty of perjury
