I used to stay and face it, then something really bad happened, so I started running away and now I'm going back to the stay and face it.

You stay and face it, no matter what. If you are at fault, admit it and try to fix it as best as you can. If someone else is at fault, try to be understanding and work it out in the friendliest way possible. If it is a work situation, you want to do the best you can to keep your job IF it's worth keeping. Nobody said ti would be easy, but you will fight for it, whatever it is, if it is important enough to you.

Be strong! Handle your business!!!

Depends on the situation!
If I'm facing a murderer I would run away.

It actually depends in the situation and your concience..... If your the kind of person who always want to have clean hands, they would probably face it. For the ones who are coward, they think that somethings are better left unsaid.
