Im gonna do the mage areana on runescape and should i choose the zammorak staff or saradomin staff??? witch does more dmg??? and if u can help me in runescape just add me my runescape username is turtlecaster. THANX ! ! ! !

they all do same amount of dammage the effect differs tho.
zammy staff=lowers att
sara staff = lowers prayer
guthix staff = lowers def
you should treally use the knoladge base

Their both similar but with only slightly different effects like on of the other people said.
Why not get all 3? Thats what I did.

zammorak beacause i am a lvl 101 mage and i use to play but i quit so i would pick zammorak staff

any type of high attack staff works, as long as your a couple levels higher then your opponent.

I would say its the sara staff.

i got the zarrmock one because it went with my black/red mystic
however they are all great staffs

Sara is GREAT! Expensive, but GREAT....... I own Zammy (HAD OWNED) and its special was cool.
