This is an actual fact that happens to women when they are menstruating. Female dogs go into heat (menstruate) which attracts male dogs, same for cats. Actually, I believe most animals, so why not humans. I know my husband is always very frisky when I menstruate. Maybe it's natures way of population growth. But men want to mate all the time, not just during menstruation. So why do we call them dogs?
