The Ewoks would, because the only thing the Oompa Loompa's have are candy making utensils, the Ewok's have spears, rocks, and other weapons.

Ewoks have the ability and weaponry to fight, but Oompa Loompas are the creepiest things around and may scare away the Ewoks before the battle begins.... it's a toss up...

Oompa Loompa's would because even though the Ewoks have those weaapons - the Oompa Loompa's have all of that chocolate they can use in their favor-never under-estimate the underdogs...

No doubt the Ewoks! Ummpas are too sedate in their resistance and armed with candy. Ewoks on the other hand are armed with proper weapons and have a fight song in their own language.
