in your opinion does good morals a good person? I ask because alot of christians seem to think that if you dont share the same morals as them that you are a bad person, now this is not an attack on jesus just an example also the way we reacted to the commies in russia in the 80's is a great example

Having good morals doesn't mean a thing unless you put them into practice.

You know it all depends on who your dealing with because some or not as judgemental abou things I grew up believing that if a person didn't have your view on something you should tell them your s and tell them why you feel that way but in the same respect listen to them and never do it with the intent to down or change a person but just to be open minded. And telling people their straight up wrong is very much offensive to almost everybody so it's just not a loving thing to do.

I don't think a lot of Christians think that. I certainly don't.
I know lots of very nice people who don't believe in religion or are a different religion. Being a Christian doesn't automatically make you a good person or vice verse.
I have Christian beliefs, but I can be a bia sometimes! Everyone is human man...

I don't have the greatest morals, but I still believe that I am a good person. I really don't care what so-called Christians think of me.

Even Christian families have different set of morals.
We all have lied and had bad thoughts about something and someone, including Christians.
A good personality and soul is what makes a good person.

Well only bad christians do that. They're too stuck up & selfrichous. I was baptised christian, & I don't judge people or consider someone that has different moarls & beliefs to be a bad person. Those christians that do judge based on different beliefs just need to pull the stick out of their *** & cram it down their throat.

My grandfather is that way. he preaches about catholics all the time. My dad is catholic so it tends to start stuff. It makes me bonkers. Yet his church has a gay minister. There is nothing wrong with that. I just find it funny how a person can preach so strongly about something but yet have curtain goings on in the church.

i was raised catholic and now am a convert. i don't feel like religion needs to define you. i raise my kids with manners and respect and always give people the benefit of the doubt and try to be a good citizen. alot of people hide being their faith to try to make up for being a crappy person.

You make a very good point (as most of your questions do)
However, we can go back to the Crucifixion and see it was people doing what people do...kill and hate on the basis of their beliefs

I believe in good morals.....do I condemn those who dont share mine? No....I just do not associate with them. That being said, it is not up to "us" to judge others.
