Great man I got a few: hope you will like them 1) Every person should marry after all happiness is not the only thing in life. 2) If a newly wed man smiles you know why, if a ten year old married man laughs you wonder why. 3) Life without marriage is like “A fish without a bicycle”. 4) I am not afraid of terrorism I am married for 2 years. 5) In the first year of marriage the husband speaks and the wife listens. In the second year the wife speaks and the husband listens. In the third year they both speak and the neighbor listens. 6) My wife is in inside the parlor for 2 hours: this is just for the estimates. She got a mud pack and looked great for 2 days THEN the mud fell off.

That is one step, but neither the first nor the last.
It is true that "finding someone crazy enough to marry me" is necessary. I would say it is a minimum requirement for a wedding.
Start by making yourself worthy. Take care of yourself, by sleeping enough, exercising regularly, and eating a healthy diet.
You are no good for some one else if you do not take care of yourself.
Secondly, you need to get your life in order.
If you need to finish your education, or begin a career, don't add a fiance to your "juggling act".
Getting married seems like a "chore" to some people. Enjoy shopping for the perect soul mate. It's not something to just "get done"!!!
Be careful. Many who rushed into relationships, later regreted at their leisure.

You have to pass the "Yahoo Answer Guidelines" first.
Which means there will be no consumation of the marriage (sex) or you will be Deleted and sent a violation.
Or course, he has to agree to this and sign a "pre-nup" too. You don't want to split the points 50/50 in the cyber divorce.

Claim him. That's what I did. I'll link you to the question.
Yep. There's my prince there, being claimed. hehe.
EDIT:
And yes, that Chuck Norris guy claiming to be king really is my real life dad. GOSH. I can't keep him from meddling in my fantasy world, he will be insufferable when I finally DO get married....tee hee.
