what are the symtoms of a bad throttle position sensor?

95 sierra 1500 2wd trying to diognose the problem seems to be somthing to do with throttle

Spit and sputter , cough, cough, buck jumping, super bad throttle response.

It doesn't know when the engine needs gas, bad idling and throttle response.
