ie. better replies, sentences that make sense, words that don't fade off at the end of a nervous sentence.. the ability to know for sure what you wanna say and how you wanna say it??

Especially when you're prone to blushing..sweating,, really negative voices in your head ' i cant do this, im the type of person that doesnt talk properly'.

It's not really a stutter.. it's more of a sentence stutter.

It's very normal for people to lack confidence expressing themselves, especially young people. My dad was always really hard on me, correcting the tiniest mistakes in my speaking, and as a result I didn't gain confidence in speaking until my mid twenties. And I'm still a nervous wreck when a lot of attention is focused on me (I'm 34).

Whether you're young or not, the advice is the same. Just talk to people and don't rely on easy words that can mean anything, like "cool", "fine", and "stuff". Practice saying what you mean as specifically as you're able. If someone asks how your weekend went, don't just answer "fine". Think about it and try to express it in some detail. It can be tough to break the habit of hiding behind safe words that don't reveal anything about you or your thoughts. It can be uncomfortable, but that's good, it means you're trying.

First, I'd suggest that you read widely, so that you will be more confident of what you say. You might also want to check with a school counselor to see if there is anything the school can do to help alleviate your problem.
