It all depends on what kind of sick they are referring to. If they mean that I am ill then yes sometimes a person will drive them self so hard that they are unable to see that they are having a medical problem.
If they mean that I have a strange weird sense of humor then I am OK with that as long as that was my intention to begin with.
If they are serious that I am coming from the dark areas of life then No I don't like it.
