i thought i would have lost all my pregnancy weight by now... i was a size 3 pre pregnancy weighed 130 tops.... now i am stuck at 150 ! its a huge problem for me... what can i do to lose it! i have tried excersizing! i have tried dieting! i have tried fasting! nothing works for me! i am in complete melt down!

ok, it took you nine months to gain that weight, it is going to take you at least that long to lose it kiddo. cut your calories to 1500 daily, drink at least two liters of water daily, and exercise for thirty minutes daily, the weight will come off, but it isn't going to just pop off.

It took 9 months to gain the weight, it takes time to come back off too. As she gets older and more active, you will burn more calories chasing her around. Think of it as a battle scar from having a beautiful baby

Just remember that it took you 9 months to put on the weight it is going to take a while to take it off. Keep eating healthy and exercising and it will come off.

it took you nine months to put it on takes about a year to lose it. Don't you know anyone thats had kids? take a look at them

If you are not breast feeding, try that. It burns calories. If you don't actually want to breast feed her, just pump.
