Myself. However, the Post Secret Project by Frank Warren certainly brings to light therapeutic anonymous ways to release secrets but still have the privacy and protection from judgement. we all have dark secrets we are ashamed to share. I keep them inside in what I call "the vault", however Post Secret is a great idea for release, acceptance and validation.

now a days you cant trust no one...
you might be real good friends with someone right now then later on they'll turn there backs on you
one suggestion you should have a online friend someone thats a complete stranger to you or if not you can only trust yourself and your pillow late at night just talk to yourself : )

I purely have faith one individual with the aid of fact he has been there the longest, he has under no circumstances advised absolutely everyone my company, and he has truly been a genuine chum. All of my different pals have claimed to "be there" for me, and then they run out. Or i'm getting the pals that opt to unfold the rumors. This one guy is the only individual I have faith.

My fiance. He's it. If I need to talk to someone about something that's bothering me but I'm afraid someone will judge me for it, he's the one I go to. That's because I know that no matter what, he loves me, and that's not going to change, and he's never been the type to use anyone's secrets against them if things go sour.

Nobody they're to deep and to dark. You just suppress them and never ever release them. My history teacher once told me never say something you wouldn't want to read on the front page of the news paper the next morning. Then she fondled me.
