Potato salad, string bean casserole, cornbread with a choice of apple pie, pumpkin pie, carrot cake or Christmas cheesecake? Is this a good Christmas dinner menu? Opinions? Suggestions?

Sounds delicious, except for the ham. Too salty for me, but I think everyone will enjoy... some sweet potatoe pie sounds good too. Okay, will you send me a plate? Here's what I want...

Sounds good especially the glazed ham and Mac and Cheese but i think would substitute a Smoked Barbecue Brisket in place of the chicken,also another side dish maybe pinto beans or black eye peas also some sweet potatoe pie or pecan pie would set it off too!

Heck yeah! Just put out a few bottles of hot sauce and you are the best =) Maybe change up that pumpkin pie for sweet potato though.

Use mashed potatoes instead of potato salad, and put on some dark gravy. Then include some broccoli with cheese sause, babequed baked beans, some burbon street chicken, or maybe some meat loaf liberally covered with ketchup then I'll show up. LOL :)

but u should add sweet potatoes/yams (do u no the difference?)
and/or peas/corn u ken use the canned kind an heat em up in lyk 5 mins in the microwave
i never thought of using cornbread 4 the holiday dinner, or the fried chicken

It's FANTASTIC!!!! You sure are making me hungry!! But I think you should cross out the 1 of the pies cuz their is already one kind cause there's too much and maybe cross out the potatoe salad cuz it's kinda like the mashed potatoes!!! Oh, and if you should cross out the pumkin pie, throw in some ice cream!!!
