I got tickets to a show, but we will be picking them up from will call the day of the show, so I have nothing to wrap. What is a clever way to package this so my man has something to open on x-mas? It is tickets to see chris rock if that gives you any ideas. Thanks!!

Assuming you currently own a Chris Rock movie of some sort, what I would do is make a little "certificate" and put it inside the dvd or vhs movie case and wrap it up like a regular gift. It should be obvious to your sweetie that you just wrapped him something from the shelf, but hopefully he's intrigued enough to open the case. His initial disappointment should quickly turn into shocked jubilation. :)

If I understand your question correctly you will pick up the tickets the day of the show with out him, then give them to him later that day to go to the show, right? What I would do is get a hat box, or any box for that matter and get a blown up picture of chris rocks face and glue it on. in side the box lay out tissue paper and put the tickets on top with a bow wrapped around it. It's cute!!! Good luck and have fun! I'm soooo jealous!

See if you can find a pic of Chris Rock in Concert and then put it in a really big box and wrap it and stick it next to the tree (the box I mentioned would not fit under the tree) and let him dig for the pic and on it say got tickets to see it tonight! Merry Christmas

get a big rock and write "chris" on it. get two little doll house plastic chairs from a hobby store and glue them to the rock over the word chris. Put the rock in a box and gift wrap the box. Seats to chris rock.

Get advertisements brochures etc of the show and wrap them in a very large box. Punch holes it it and put a one of those small space ship looking massagers you find in every drug store right now in.
If you make a hole and tape it into the box so you can reach the switch you can quickly turn it on before giving him his gift. He will think you got him some kind of animal for Christmas.

A CD conceal ought to get tossed on good of a pile of CDs they by no skill hear to. Sorry. the assumption of sticking it right into a block of styrofoam and then wrapping it somewhat is a great one! The present card won't get misplaced between taking part in cards and you ought to even draw little arrows to show the place the insert is. from time to time human beings get too over excited with being "clever" and the cardboard gets misplaced besides. The present card is the substantial element besides - no longer the "clever" wrap. As maximum couples open the presents over the subsequent week, or on my own till now, no person will see the "cleverness" of what's interior the wrap/field/field. Your grand attempt might merely paintings as entertainment if the bride and groom are having a form of "merely approximately rude" training of commencing presents in front of all of us on the reception. it somewhat is barely spectacular for the travelers who can arise with the money for extravagant presents and that they want all of us else to be inspired. it somewhat is embarrassing and hurtful to the damaging student or financially strapped kinfolk contributors whose present of a pair of salt and pepper shakers is opened next.

Check out the Cheap dvd bin at Wal-Mart you might be able to find one of his movies for $5.00. (I think Lethal Weapon 4 would be an example) Better yet if you have one of his movies around the house wrap it up, and slip a note or fake tickets inside the case to announce the real gift.

Get one of those life size celebrity cardboard cut-cut outs of Chris Rock and put it beside the tree. Tape "invitations" from Chris to the show to the poster.
