Behave in class, do all of your work (and bonus), participate, study, do well on tests, be friends with classmates, say hi to your teacher every day, and basically be a great student. If it still doesn't work out, kindly talk to your teacher. Good luck!

Here's an unfortunate fact of life: Life is not fair. You are going to have to put up with a lot of people who don't treat you as if you are the most precious child in the world. Take this advice and you'll be a whole lot happier.
You cannot change other people. You can only change how you react to them. Now you can make yourself miserable trying to control her and her behavior, or you can be the best person you can be and know in your heart that you've always done your best.
In 10 years will it matter if one conduct point was taken off? I wish you the best.

My daughter went through the exact same thing two years ago.
She was so miserable that my gut reaction was to go and break the gentleman's legs. Instead I 'held her hands' through frequent phone calls telling her that quantitative skill, though very useful was not essential; so forget the fear of maths and concentrate more on subjects that interest her such as her specialisation. Today she is a Management Trainee (Marketing & Sales)with Pepsico.
I would say the same thing to you: relax; don't waste your energies on that particular teacher. Do not react at all in class. Get some 'smart' friends to help you with the lessons.

If she is really getting you down talk to another teacher or an adult. Explain your problem. And if that doesn't help them you just have to live with it! just say to yourself this lesson will be over soon, and concentrate on your work, so you don't give her anything to moan about. I know how it feels when you hate a teacher as I'm still in school. year 9 :D

Here's my question; what are you doing that she is taking off points?
If you are as pure as the driven snow and have a halo, doing absolutely nothing at all wrong, then she is out of line.

Picture her in her underwear and the entire class laughing at her, or ask for a transfer to another class.
