Is there a specific type of person that would be more sensitive/susceptible to getting all the side effects?
For example, would the acne only occur in people that had previously suffered acne?
I am thinking of getting the imlpanon but there seem to be alot of people that have trouble with periods and i just dont know whether it would be worth it.

I met someone who has used Implanon and has had very good results with it. She didn't have any side effects while on it.

As for the specifics as to whether some are more prone to acne than others one way you can find out is to call the company and ask to speak to one of their staff pharmacists to find out what some of the other things they noticed in the clinical trials.

To get a hold of them you can go to the website for the product at: http://www.Implanon and look for a "Contact Us" section.

In the mean time here's the link to a site that may help you find more information and experiences. It's at: http://forums.obgyn.net/womens-health
