when a male has an orgasm (the height of sexual pleasure) they ejaculate. It is a combination of sperm (the male reproductive cell) and some other fluids. Usually in order to achieve ejaculation the male has to be satisfied or has to be pleasured for a little or a lot in order to achieve it. Premature Ejaculation is when it occurs very quickly after achieving arousal states most of the time within the first couple of minutes sometimes as soon as they are sexually aroused.

It's when a guy's penis is so sensitive to touching wet vagina, that he squirts his load of sperm real fast, like within seconds or maybe a minute or two of sex. It feels good to him as he ejaculated. It sucks for the girl who had no time to enjoy the sex and won't as he's going limp.
