Close...I actually got smacked in the face with a wet trout.!!!!! It hit me as it was lifted out of the water by my dad. Standing in the wrong place at the wrong time..& yes,it stung.

yes I was. I caught a spanish mackerel, was pulling it over the side of the boat, and it flipped its tail and hit me in the eye and temple.

humorous you ought to ask. My mom enjoyed to bypass fishing off the pier in Grand Haven, MI., and he or she continuously had to apply a cane pole. So, there we are, sitting on the pier, she catches a huge perch and pulls up on the pole, the perch takes a swing to the excellent, and slaps me smack in the face. I cried, she laughed = ( : )
