I grew up in Hawaii, I will never forget December 7. I will also never forget September 11.
And just in case you never heard, Pearl Harbor was NOT the first place bombed that day. It was the Kaneohe Bay Marine Corps Air Station. The first person to die that day was a Marine. He was also the first to shoot down a Japanese plane. There is a memorial to him on the spot where he died, but since it is a "closed" (to the public) base, not many people know about it.

Ummm....I do bear in recommendations falling out of that window... yet i grow to be donning my parachute (as I continuously do, on each occasion I bypass away the domicile) So I landed softly and with none situation. yet I do keep in mind which you had 0.5 a dozen percoset pills for breakfast that day...and not merely did you declare your like to me...you in addition to mght tried to have intercourse with a postbox...and made out with a soft drink device. So I even tend to doubt the veracity of your statement. yet all in all...it grow to be extremely an thrilling day.

I was in Washington DC yesterday and all the flags were half staff!!!
I did remember!!!!!
And I never forget the soldiers who are in Iraq now!!!

i told my kids about what today was and we talked about my grandfather, who was in the navy during wwII. i told them some stories about the war that he shared with me before he died.
