No idea how to answer without the cause, but anger is usually a response to being hurt or annoyed. Think about what hurt you, is it valid? No? If no your simply annoyed, deal with it with some outlet that isn't mean spirited. Remember fight fair. Stay on the topic, not last weeks list of troubles, and be reasonable. Change takes time.
Yes? Well, I think you know the answer to that don't you?
In either case, try to settle your arguments quickly and without being mean spirited. Always fight fair.

Usually, we take a few minutes apart to chill out. After that, the fight usually starts to end if we can both admit one thing we didn't do the way we would/should have. If we both can't do that, we usually end up fighting a little longer... but it all comes down to both of us recognizing where we messed up. Almost always, both people didn't do everything perfectly.

I just went through the same thing. I finally just decided that since she was too stubborn to realize my side of the story, I just appologized and went on my way. Sometimes that's the way you have to do it. I know that I was in the right and still I surrendered and said I'm sorry! Sucks, but everything is back to normal now.

We usually find activities that we enjoy on our own, then after some time has passed and feelings have calmed, we have a good meal. It is kinda hard to growl at someone else when your mouth is full! We are forced to talk to one another with "pass the salt" talk and have to compromise when deciding what to eat. By the time we finish, we are usually back to our cordial selves...unless we start arguing about who is doing the dishes! ;)

I hate the silent treatment...sooooo don't do that. Let her know you still love her but that you both need to calm down before discussing the problem any further. Remember why you fell in love in the first place and also remember that love means compromise.
Good luck!

Go into the bed room together. Get naked and sit on the bed facing each other. Now discuss the problem. Don't cover up. Be totally exposed.

Ask yourself if it's worth it to continue the argument?
If it's not an important matter like cheating, let it go - anger is bad for your health...and to "forgive is divine."
Live your life without regret.
Joy to you!

Think before you act. Walk away for a minute. Close your eyes and breath. Remember you are an adult.
