When working a crossword puzzle, do you prefer to write in pen or pencil?

Great question! I love doing crossword puzzles daily. I use a pen because I hate writing with a pencil, unless I absolutely have to.

It depends. A pencil make the most sense, of course, but since most newspapers and crossword magazines are printed on such poor quality paper I often find that pencil is nearly illegible. In such cases I use an erasable ballpoint pen.

pens, so i can see what i write, sometimes the pages are not good quality for pencils.

to look up for references whenever possible
if you used pen, you could mess up
and you wouldnt be able to do the crossword
anymore!
