I did the cereal weight-help plan "particular ok" I misplaced 6lbs in a pair of a million a million/2 weeks. in basic terms replace 2 nutrients an afternoon with cereal, consume the 1/3 meal like usual. If I have been given hungry in between nutrients I in basic terms ate fruit or greens. usually those with a swifter metabolism loose weight speedier. additionally, shrink out soda in case you drink truly some it... that on my own will save a ton of energy an afternoon!

My doctor won't "let me" run unless I come in at 108 lbs and no tricks. (Fast metabolism) So, I will eat bananas and rice tonight so that I can run like the wind at DAWN!!! My answer, forgive me, is I would blow away (although I would hang onto something, I'm That smart)

That's funny someone said they lost 10lbs in one week because they quit drinking. Alcoholism is how I kept my weight DOWN because I'd never be hungry... just thirsty!!!!
I'd be close the below average point if I lost 10... but I could use a few snipsof fat off my thighs lol.

I lost 10 pounds recently, after being on the "master cleanse" I wouldn't mind losing another 10 in a few months.

I don't need to lose ANY weight. I am naturally thin.. you can thank my high metabolism. I'd like to gain about 10-15 lbs, but only muscle mass. I don't need a pot belly like all other men have

I'd still be almost 20 lbs heaver than I want to be. I'd look good at 175, considering I'm 5'2", and no one believes me when I tell them how much I weigh.
My wife has a legit reason to call me dense.

I weigh 120 and I'm planning to lose 10 lbs. I would be thin but not so thin that a strong wind would be a threat.
