Flirting is a bad habit, and I wouldn't trust anyone that feels the need to do it. It's immature and attention needy in my opinion.

Some people think flirting is natural. They say it is a part of their personality. But, bottom line... flirting is NOT appropriate when you are married to someone else, or dating someone else. The reason it's not appropriate is because you are only supposed to share affection with the person you are now with.
I understand that whole, "I am not dead, just dating or married" but it shows great disrespect to the current union be it dating or marriage.
I suggest you talk to him and tell him that you really feel hurt when he flirts. Ask him to stop doing it in front of you.
Good Luck

i'm gonna answer this even though i'm not a guy! i've been married for a really long time but before we were married, still in the bf / gf stage, i still flirted, so did he. i didn't like it, and neither did he. BUT, flirting is a natural thing between men and women...even women and women. i don't think he doesn't NOT like you, i think it's just his nature. but you have to remember that flirting is just that. you mean to tell me when you talk to a guy (cute or otherwise) you don't smile when you talk, you don't lean in towards him, you don't put your hand on his arm, you don't flirt at all? because if you say you don't, i think you need to double check that one! if people who are in a stable relationship say they DON'T flirt? lying! back to my hubby and i, i am very flirtatious, i still flirt, so does he! without even knowing that we are doing it!
it's when they cross that "flirting" line that's when you get in trouble!

A man that is in love with his woman married or
not, would not flirt because of his love for his
woman and respect he has for her. I know be-
cause being married over 20yrs to my wife I
would never flirt, because I love her, respect her,
and dedicate my life to her and only her. All of
those out there who say no -way, you're right
no-way would I flirt .

Wrong sweetness! Some guys just flirt. So do some women. To them it's just being friendly. Let him flirt as long as you're the one he's coming home to.

i flirt with every woman i see. Flirting means nothing.
I've been told though that i'm a natural flirt.
Flirting is also a way to let one another know they are attractive without seriously saying or doing anything.. It sure isn't bad for a persons self esteem, either.

Actually, you are wrong. Flirting has nothing to do with my feeling for anyone. I flirt because its fun to do.
I even flirt when when I'm sick and in the hospital.
