Sure, if you have the space for it.

Check to see if it needs 220 volt electricity (I assume you're in North America where standard service is 110 volts). Some large appliances do (stoves do). You may need to modify your electrical service.

sure, but why? invest in a good machine that will accomodate the needs of your family and will still be energy efficient.
