I have the worst sex in the entire world with my "friend" to the point i just cant take it any more!!! As far as i know good sex is good for you! the stimulation, the exercize and what not, but is bad sex bad for you? i meen i dont think im gaing weight or any thing like that, and i know its bad on our friendship and my mood for the day!!! but other than that?

Maybe. If it's bad because it's rough or otherwise painful, then sure... it leaves you vulnerable to infection, or at least sore for a while. But just boring and unsatisfactory sex? It can give you some mental angst and make your relationships lousy, but it can't hurt you.

do you not enjoy the sex?
is it your partner does not know how to please you?
or is it that you just want to move on?
if it is any of the above, take time and show your partner what feels good to you and talk them though it, believe it or not it is quite erotic...if you simply are not enjoying it then stop having it, they may not be the right partner for you...
But I will share this, the overall best sex in the world is when you are head over heals in love..it stimulates the entire body and sex is incredible!

In general, no. Bad sex happens. Take it with a grin and a cheerful attitude. Sex is Play.
It can be harmful if you obsess over it which could carry over to another partner.
But you are probably going to have to find another "friend".

Yes...Bad sex is bad if I based it on your message...
Why go through with it when you are not even enjoying it with your "friend"...
Its bad if you do it when you dont feel "nice" afterwards... so i guess when you plan on doingit at least you are having fun...but if not then BAD for you...know what I mean.... LOL

not bad for you physically but emotionally hell ya. you can actually get depressed because u r not getting the "satisfaction" that u need. teach him how to be better. he will be receptive and learn, honest.
