There is a boy and a girl (I remember the boy's blonde curly hair) and they are ship wrecked or somthing really yound and they are stranded there for years and years, until they are eventually found (and by that time they have are a family and have had a baby)

The Blue Lagoon is a 1980 English language romance and adventure film starring Brooke Shields and Christopher Atkins, produced and directed by Randal Kleiser.
