Any job that requires you to be up all through the night. I worked at night for 3 years and I felt like my body aged so much in that short time. You think it's easy to sleep during the day and work all night? NO WAY. There is stuff to get done during the day. Not to mention sleeping during the day counters the body's natural way of functioning. That said, even if you get ten solid hours of sleep, you can still be dead tired at work the whole night.
The agony of not being allowed to sleep when that's all that seems natural is something I never want to experience again.

How about the job of a child soldier in Africa forced to fight in a war he knows nothing about with every possibility of dying or the job of a child in Africa forced to work in dangerous and unstable mines in search of gold. I think those are just about the worst jobs possible.

Telemarketer. Who is ever nice to them? I did this job for month. It was horrible. I was calling for Special Olympics and I thought I would be calling people that had already given and wanted to be contacted. We weren't told we were cold calling or I would have never taken the job. On top of being cursed out at every call, they made us in the south call people in the north. Well, people in the north don't like it when southern folk call.

The person who has to tell a family that their child/mother/father/etc. is dead.

OR

In an adult store, there is a room where men can watch a movie and...do their stuff. At that store, someone is hired to clean up the bucket where their "stuff" goes...and that is definitely the dirtiest job in the world.

Shoveling up animal poop for 8 hours a day would probably be worst. Needing to exterminate rats, bats, etc. would probably be just as bad.
Why? Because they are dirty, germy, and possibly dangerous jobs.
