More woman file than men, I don't know the exact percentage.

About 2/3 are filed by women, 1/3 by men.

The numbers differ depending on where you look. But in all cases women file more often than men. And just so you know, the divorce rate today is double what it was in the 60's.

90% filed by women if both are college graduates. I still believe in the old ways. If one partner get's caught with their pants down or they have a serious substance abuse problem, or are abusive, they deserve nothing and they should get nothing!
