Are there morals, which seem to be basic to the whole human race? What are they?
Any answers? A website?

If I remember correctly sexual conduct is the only type of moral that exist across all cultures. Primarily regarding incest.

Murder is considered moral to one degree or another in most societies. (IE: Self defense in America, or past societies that had human sacrifice.)

I would think all morals are prevalent in every society, but degrees of importance will vary with individuals. I would agree with the others that murder and sexual misconduct would be at the top of the list.
To search the web for such information basically brings up, when I've looked, the various organizations, religions, etc. and their own code of conduct. I know of no one site that covers this. Maybe something you can start yourself?

For the most part alot of religious societies have basically the same morals. The most important one is treating others as you would want to be treated

Don't kill or harm others (though most societies have loopholes, such as punishment for crimes, war, and certain people having more rights in that regard than others).

Don't take or destroy others' or public stuff.

Treat people with the respect due them (depending on such things as position and age).

Only those in authority can order other people around.

I would agree with ,"Thou shall not kill", but that is not correct. Suicide bombers, idiots with guns in malls, sacrificing the first born because it is a girl..Every society seems to be in a kill frenzy of one sort or another. Jealousy, sloth, disrespect, vanity...
I think we must create a bridge of our own morals around ourselves and defend them. There are no set morals anywhere.

The incest taboo features in most societies (and where it doesn't, you can see why it's important!). Refraining from killing is pretty universal, but of course this is bent during wartimes, and in some societies the warriors are actually revered for acts of killing performed on the enemy. Other than those two, I don't really know.
