Final Fantasy survey?

Question

Okay, everyone knows that Final Fantasy is the best yet most falted game series there is to gamers. Yet, HERE'S a good question, WHAT'S right and wrong with them? I've got Final Fantasy 10, 10-2(guide too), 7 DoC, and 12. what's the good and the bad?

sorry for being a spoild sport. I didn't expect that... I would get sarcasic answers, this does not help, I need the good and bad to see opinion wise on the four game's I got, I beten 7 Dirge of Ceberus but not the other three, I either gave up or retriing or it's on my retry list. I need better answers please.

Well here's what I think is good and bad.
7 DoC good: Learn more about Vincent, great plot, I love the shooter style. bad:Snecky Cait Sieth level, hello joke level! It was boring and he died every time u were caught! 'cept for that no other playable charaters, not really a typical FF game. Yufie was such a pain!
10 and 10-2 good: I like the plot, I love the aions, Aurun was nice, and the bosses were better, Paine was good too. Bad: We know just about nothing on Paine, I hate the love plot, Yuna became such a drama queen, and she needs a better woman's touch.
12: NO LOVE STORY!!!, more hands on control in batels, more weapons to chose from, more more more!!! Bad: license system, took a LONG time to get what I want, Quickenings, hello they're worthless, I'd rather beat the things senceless! Girly men, pathetic women, and so much more! I can't figure it out!
I like FF7 Dirge of Cerberus the best!

Has one the best battle and lvling systems and blitz is fun.
the plot is lame and the characters (especially tidus) is annoying.

a total disgrace i can not think of anything good to say about this.
12 -
fun to play although a new battle system.

You should play the ps1 FFs their graphics are awful but they have the best plots, characters and battle systems. (start with 7 which is brilliant and what i am playing at the moment and then 9, 8 is optional)

Edit: Replay 10, it is by far the best although very annoying at times.

There are just too many things wrong with them. FF8 was the last good FF game while FFX was alright. FF6 was the pinnacle of the series and it's been a bumpy downhill ride ever since. The production values have gone up but the games are all about fancy graphics and fanservice and lack the drive to renew the series. And with fanservice I mean newer fans, not the people who played and loved the earlier games to death. It's hard for me and many others to stomach the many girly boy heroes the FF games these days have. Also Nomura really needs to stop adding belts and zippers to everything. It's just distasteful and looks ridiculous.

I'm not a gamer, but i used to be addicted to final fantasy x ha ha.

FFX - i think this game was great when it first came out, graphics, story etc. but i really didnt like the sphere grid i prefered when you just learnt new moves. Good plot though although rikku was a pain...

FFX-2 - err...it was ok but you didn't really discover anything about paine, and again rikku was annoying lol.

FF7 - good for it's time but i kinda missed out on it because of my age.

Ok i love the final fantasy series, but it is hard to pick faults of each game. Yet i must say Calling a series the besst is more than anything an opinion question. I mean yhes its spanned alot, but there are many people who are not into that genre of game. So next time try to be a little less ostentatious with your questions
