They are not bad language, they are dialect.
In England there are lots of dialect words; cockney rhyming slang has 'apples and pears' for 'stairs', 'titfer' short for 'tit for tat' meaning 'hat' and lots more. In Newcastle you might get called 'hinny', or in Liverpool 'queen' as terms of affection.
These terms are not bad language, but neither are they 'good English' (or standard American) - you wouldn't write them in scientific paper, or in a news article on the BBC or on CNN.

Dialect is important and should be preserved. It is part of our heritage.

Not bad at all, but colloquial.

Y'all is useful for speaking to a group of persons; it is the second-person plural of you.

Ain't is otherwise a missing contraction for am not. You can't say "I isn't" or "I aren't."

wouldn't it be proper to say all y'all when refering to such a large group?
