There are a lot of charities out there that can help you and help thousands of people in simulare situations each year. They deliver toys and x mas dinner to your home. You do need to enquire about it. Talk to a guidance councilor or a teacher at your school, or get your mom to.
People are most willing to help but you have to ask.
Like I said there is a TON of organizations, goolgle them if you have to and let them know you guys need a bit of help for x mas this year.
Good luck dear

If you have a computer with internet access then you are not that poor (unless you are typing this from a library, then I am sorry). I don't know how old your sisters are but my oldest daughter is 6 and she wants a guitar and that is it-$20 total. Anyone can save up $20 for each child all year unless they are homeless and really have nothing-but if you have food and heat your mom must have that much. Don't take on responsibility for what your parents should be worrying about. Your sisters are lucky to have a sibling like you. Tell your teacher at school about this, maybe you can get signed up with Toys 4 Tots or Shop with a Cop in your area. Merry Christmas.

I don't know where you live or anything, but I know there are churches around the country and places where they can give you toys, even if they are little but it is better than nothing. Try to call the city hall and they may be having something going on w/ toys.
I wish you and your family the best.
p.s. just for the record, I was on you shoes for a ling time and my mom didnt buy toys for me during Xmas, but now Im almost graduating from the university and Im so glad my mom was always there, w/ no toys but w/ so much love. When you growth you will remember this and help others

I know that at 12 you want gifts under a tree to open on the 25th, but the true spirit of Christmas is not about the material presents but the gift of love that is shared every day of the year.

Contact toys for tots and a local church to see if they have any programs that you can sign up for. Merry Christmas and I hope you have a good one.

Your mom may not have Christmas money...but she is one lucky mom to have a kid like you.
There should be some local organizations that can help...even some churches.

You (or your mom) can sign your sisters up for Toys for Tots. They will make sure that your family has a Christmas.

I had a Xmas like that when I was your age. Sorry to hear. You do have the Internet. That's something. Send me a note and I'll send you a small donation.
