No you just sit around and answer random questions all day here on P&S (polls and surveys)
Of course you can also answer serious questions too like in the family and relationship area, or finance or whatever.

Yup, that's right. We're all nuts here! We sit around all day answering silly questions, and trying to make each other laugh milk out our noses.
No prize other than the bragging rights of being able to climb the ladder.

not a prize, but you earn the right to ask and answer more questions over time. At level 5 you can ask a ton of stupid questions so you can have a lot of fun making people think about things that you suggest to them.

Nope, the amount of points constitutes which level you are on and each level has a certain number of questions that you can answer per day. Hope that helps.
