Not only can they be, but they SHOULD be. Keeping a journal or a diary is very very healthy. It will help you organize your thoughts and get things off your chest. Happy journaling.

yea they can i mean there is no law against it or anything but guys call diary's journals. i know alot of people who have journals that are guys anyway
