Address each of the issues that are affecting you. Ask yourself if you can change them, if you can, then do, if not let it go.Remember too that that which is done cannot be undone, live with it, all the angst in the world changes nothing. Rid your mind of negative thoughts, every time you have one stop yourself and replace it with a positive thought, you control your thoughts they do not control you, and the mind is easily fooled! Be kind to yourself, remind yourself of your good qualities, achievements etc. Take a little time every day to do something just for pleasure, whether that be reading a book or having a relaxing bath.

A very good book to read on this is "You can heal your life" by Loise Hay...many useful pointers in it. But by consciously making the intent, and being aware of your thoughts you will find that the right information will come to you as and when you need it. Do not go there unless you are prepared to change in any and every way needed, Be honest with yourself, Love yourself, It can be a wonderful journey. Enjoy

start by forgiving others: forgive and forget
apologize to people for what you might ahve said and done
learn to live your life as yourself: be yourself, feel what you feel, take things on the bright side...
