One strike for cheating. Otherwise it depends on what and why. I can forgive if it feels right to do so.

It would really all depend on what she did. Like you said, if she cheated----see you later. If it was something else, for exampled: lied; then it would depend on what she said/did afterwards to gain my trust in her and our relationship.
I am a big believer in that everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone does or says the right thing after they made a mistake.
